Albondon, ein typisch spanisches Bergdorf, zwischen Bergen und Meer gelegen, bietet alles was man braucht. Haeuser sind zu erschwinglichen Preisen erhaeltlich.

I can't say enough good things about Inmobicosta Granada S.L Real Estate's agent Marimar Cranham, it was clear from the outset when dealing with her that she had many years experience in this field and was able to provide really sound advice and guidance, she was incredibly helpful, honest, upfront, and dependable throughout the entire process and due to our inability to travel from the UK to Spain during the process she had to manage the sale alone.
Due to the global pandemic our journey toward selling our home wasn’t easy, but we got through it because we had Marimar by our side. From our initial meeting until well after the closing date, she showed genuine concern for us and was able to understand our needs, and with her excellent communication skills she gave clear explanations of everything, she also recommended a solicitor to us who was as equally honest and professional when dealing with the legal requirements.
