Doy dos estrellas porque cuando fui una vez la hija nos atendio muy bien y fue estupendo, pero otro día que volví a pedir presupuesto a la madre todo muy bien diciendo que ya me llamaría cuando el carpintero le dijera algo y aún sigo esperando a que me llame más de un mes, la llame a las dos semanas de ir y me dice" aún no ha venido el carpintero", después de más de un mes no creo que el carpintero no haya ido, si no se puede hacer lo que le dije que lo diga pero que no me deje sin respuesta, así para mi a quedado fatal y a perdido a una clienta que le encanta hacer cosas con la madera. Decepcionada por mi parte tenía pensado volver y nunca más lo haré

I unfortunately discovered this place from a recommendation and decided after they moved to this location to give it a try after not finding someone to cut timber too specific measurements, ha ha ! So I talked to the lady using the local language inside after not being too impressed with all the timber outside roasting and warping in the sunshine. She assured me the sizes would be achieved and they have the machinery & capabilities (but not the skill, I found out later). I received the email saying the order for sawn to size timbers were ready for collection , after a short week, I was surprised. Who can mess up such an easy order? It was tightly wrapped in bundles of 3m and looked ok after initial inspection, so I paid and went to site to unload. After a day or so I unpacked and started using, well not using as it was not exactly of workable standard, twisted, not cut square and forget about my required dimensions , I am aware it was of sawn quality but I can cut straighter with a flippin hand saw even over 3m in length! It was really only suited for firewood or shuttering work not first fix framework. I decided to email my concerns over the quality and lack of expertise and as normal , no response. This wasn’t just a couple bits of sawn timber, I expected a minimal response . That’s how it is and with this experience I think the single star I donated here was too much this business is not a sawmill or joinery timber supplier by any standards ,they only pass on timbers from larger suppliers and I suggest if your requirements are specific sizes go elsewhere , don’t be in a rush too.

First time in this place. Found everything I needed and the staff were very helpful and spoke a little English which helped a lot. Delivery price was very reasonable as well.
